Once again let me express how much I appreciate the outstanding work you have completed so far.  Your crew has done an exceptional job in removing all of the major carpet stains throughout the entire hotel.  They worked wonders on the burn- spots, wine stains, and other areas in which I believed the carpet would have to have been replaced. The entire staff has been very professional and courteous. I commend you for your efficiency, professionalism, and quality of work.  Lastly, I have arranged to put another set of rooms aside for your next visit on Sunday, March 24 2002.

Amazing Work.  They were actually able to remove a large grease stain from our Dining Room Carpet. We have tried in the past with professional steam cleaning and they didn’t even make a dent.  Rehab Carpet seems to know what they are doing and will be our 1st go to from now on.
